jekyll created a potion to change personality as he was very passive, another facet to his nickname as "Hyde" jekyll keeps changing into hyde because hyde is stronger than jekyll when jekyll began to transform he did it because he want the personality of hyde, because is more interesting and exciting. but after this, hyde began to be in control of jekyll, and jekyll stopped control over hyde, so, jekyll continued drinking the potion but not by choice, he drinking the potions because her body needed, this eventually leads to death
